This quiet, forested loop is a nice option for those staying in the Fairholme Campground. The trail begins in the B Loop of the campground, crosses the road, and enters the forest.
You’ll encounter a variety of fauna as you pass through a forest of large Douglas fir and cedars. The trail gains a little over 100ft/30m before traversing, then losing the elevation to complete the loop at the campground’s entrance.
Trailhead: From Hwy 101, turn onto East Beach Road at the east end of Lake Crescent. Trailheads are across from the entrance to the Fairholme Campground and at the top of Loop B.
